TRADES

✢ we expect a video of the photocard that clearly shows it's condition✢ typically we don't mind lines, indents, and scratches as long as you let us know about them! please don't try to hide any damages or imperfections from us✢ for packaging, we double sleeve, seal toploaders, and put the postcard/greeting card in a sealed bag for protection✢ we don't require proofs as long as you drop off first on the same day or you’re willing to send first and wait until we receive it✢ if you send from a personal mailbox, we will ask for you to send back trade after a month if we haven’t received your part

✢ if you don't send a drop off video with our address visible, again, we will ask for you to send back the trade after a month if we haven’t received your part✢ username on the envelope is okay, just keep the above in mind✢ as long as you show full address in the drop off video and send though an official postal drop box, we don't ask for send backs even if your half doesn't make it to us!✢ VEE in particular is very quick to get photocards packed and on their way to their new home, so please communicate if it's going to take you anytime longer than 3 days to send out✢ we’re firm believers of trade with what you have! as long as it's reinforced with cardboard it’s okay to us! please don’t use any sort of tape directly on inclusions

SALES

✧ for photocards included in any sales we're running, condition videos aren't sent. prices are cheap so we can get them gone as quickly as possible and there's also too many✧ if you'd like to use g&s instead of f&f, please let us know beforehand! there will be an additional $2 fee✧ we can make mercari listings if you'd prefer to purchase through there!✧ if a post only says wts, please don't offer any wl trades

✧ no holds longer than 3 days unless you are willing to send half of your total as a nonrefundable deposit OR agree to a payment plan.✧ if on the first day of a payment plan you don't send the initial payment, your hold will be automatically surrendered✧ if you make a deposit with us, we will ask you to give us a date for your next payment. you will be given one extension if that date comes and you are unable to pay, we send out anything that gets covered by your initial deposit and the rest will be put back up for sale

GROUP ORDERS

✿ as of now all group order forms will be hosted on google forms✿ for albums, we automatically use media mail when applicable for the cheapest shipping rates✿ we cross-sort between album versions only when pcs aren’t limited by version (unless otherwise stated in form)✿ if you are unable to pay by the given deadline, please dm us so we can discuss an extension✿ if you don't pay by the extension date, your claims will be released and you will be removed from the go✿ for sorting order, we release a separate form✿ to guarantee everyone gets decent pulls, we go down the order and try to give everyone something from their top 3 choices, even if you are at the bottom

✿ after everyone has been given one of their top 3 choices, the rest of the go will be sorted regularly where we start at the top of the sorting list and fulfill all preferences before moving on to the next person✿ forms will state if we will be communicating through group chat or e-mail for that particular go✿ we are not responsible if you miss any updates or payments due to the gc being muted or not checking your inbox/spam folders✿ in the case of you being unresponsive/missing payments, we will reach out twice, each message a week apart. if by the end of the week after the 2nd message, we do not hear from you, your items will be automatically forfeited with no refunds✿ pulls are never guaranteed even if we try to get full sets of pobs/event pcs. sorting will occur if we don't receive the sets we were expecting
